We will always have a live person answer when you call. We don't like talking to machines either. We want to respond to your questions. Your questions will be answered in a courteous manner and if we can't answer all of your questions we'll certainly get back with you as soon as possible. We provide on-time appointments. If our technician will be more than 15 minutes late you will receive a call to let you know the approximate arrival time. We provide quality work at a fair price with a 30 day guarantee. If spots return within 30 days so do we, for free. If you are not satisfied, call our office for a manager. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Chem-Dry is drier because we use only 20% of the moisture used with the steam cleaning process. Only the face fibers are wetted for cleaning. Face fibers are what you see and walk on.
